Todd is a Managing Partner at KCSA and oversees the firm's investor relations practice.
Todd specializes in the implementation of proactive investor relations programs for public companies, including crisis communications and IPOs. He has led successful corporate communications campaigns for more than 100 micro- and small-cap companies and has provided strategic communications counsel to hundreds of C-level executives.
Todd has been the recipient of the Silver Anvil award and The IABC Ace Award for Business Communications.
He holds a bachelor's degree in business from Hofstra University. In is free time, Todd is a songwriter and plays lead guitar in a blues band.
Lewis is a Managing Partner at KCSA and oversees the firm's public relations practice.
For 16 years, Lewis has worked to implement eminence, thought leadership, and public affairs programs designed to build business and garner fairer valuations.
Lewis developed a campaign mentality working in national, state and local politics for U.S. President Bill Clinton, U.S. Senator Robert Torricelli and then-First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton. He designs programs with a specific business objective in mind, a targeted timeframe, attention to maximizing limited resources and a measurable ROI.
He holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Rutgers University. Lewis is a fan of Rutgers, the Mets and Jets and tends to root for sports teams that have a long and storied history of losing. Jeffrey is a Managing Partner at KCSA who oversees the firm's integrated communications service offering as well as the financial/business services and energy practice areas.
For 21 years Jeffrey has provided strategic counsel to private and publicly-traded micro/small-cap companies. His experience includes strategic counsel, proactive institutional outreach and transactional (IPO, secondary and M&A) communications support.
He holds a bachelor's degree in communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Jeffrey actively participates in triathlons and was a finisher of Ironman Wisconsin in 2005 and Ironman Switzerland in 2010. He hopes to compete in an Ironman again in 2015 and every five years after that.
Garth is a Managing Director in investor relations at KCSA and has been with the company since 2002.
Garth is an accomplished IR generalist that has consulted dozens of small-and micro-cap public companies in a number of industries, including healthcare, software and business services sectors. He has helped KCSA clients navigate through a myriad of investor relations issues that include: management team changes, proxy fights, mergers and acquisitions, as well as IPOs.
Garth holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from SUNY Plattsburgh.
When not working, Garth is in the Northern Adirondacks spending time outdoors with his two boys and wife.
Phil is a Managing Director in the investor relations department at KCSA.
Phil has developed proactive investor relations and communication strategies for several multi-national micro and small cap companies in diversified industries such as healthcare, alternative energy, oil and gas and technology.
Phil is a Wall Street and Investor Relations veteran having worked at such firms as JPMorganChase and Merrill Lynch. His experience includes IPOs and reverse mergers, implementing retail and institutional road shows, and providing strategic counsel to clients.
Phil holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Kent State University as well as Series 7 and 66 licenses. When not in the office, Phil can usually be found on a ski slope, fishing boat, or on Twitter @phil_carlson.
At an early age, Valter found a passion for finance and particularly the stock market, fascinated by how businesses were built, how companies accessed the capital markets, and how CEO's told their story. Throughout his career, he has had the privilege of working closely with C-Level management teams of public and private companies, globally, with valuations under $500 million. Valter is a generalist with experience in technology, healthcare, biotech, cybersecurity, media, internet, and education and a particular expertise in capital markets.
Valter looks at every company with an open mind. All are at varying stages of maturity and each with their own vision of the world. Throughout the years Valter has been able to leverage his knowledge and passion for the market to develop unique communications/marketing strategies. While tactics vary and are always evolving, his high-level focus remains the same; formulate the right strategy, deliver the right message and ultimately market to the audience that will help you achieve your goals.
Prior to joining KCSA, Valter was a Partner at a boutique financial communications firm based in NYC.
Valter is fluent in Portuguese, played Division I soccer, and currently resides in Westchester County with his wife and daughter.
Steve is a Vice President in investor relations at KCSA and joined the company in 2017.
Over the past decade, Steve has specialized in the healthcare sector, as both an investor relations professional at a life sciences-focused boutique and a Wall Street professional, covering the biotechnology industry for S&apm;P Capital IQ (formerly Standard & Poor’s Equity Research). Previously, Steve spent five years as an investor relations generalist, focused on providing strategic counsel to global clients in the technology, healthcare, energy and retail sectors.
Steve holds an MBA with concentrations in Investment Management/Strategic Leadership from Penn State University and a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from SUNY Albany. When not working, Steve is usually spending time with his wife and two young daughters, trying to slow down time.
Elizabeth is an Account Director in the Investor Relations department at KCSA. She works with public and pre-IPO micro/small-cap clients, advising them on a wide range of issues, including corporate positioning, reputation management and day-to-day investor relations. She assists with their IR programs by conducting investor outreach and targeting, as well as drafting press releases and earnings materials.
Elizabeth brings her expertise in corporate advisory, which cuts across both banking and investor relations practices, from the UK and USA. Prior to joining KCSA, she worked at other boutique Investor Relations firms and investment banks such Webb Capital and Deutsche Bank.
Elizabeth holds a bachelor's degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of York in the United Kingdom.
Danielle is a Managing Director in public relations at KCSA.
She works with both public and private companies to implement integrated public relations and marketing campaigns to ensure that their key messages are distributed throughout multiple channels.
Danielle began her career at KCSA in the public relations group. She later went to Weber Shandwick, where she worked as a Group Manager, developing corporate branding programs for a variety of organizations, before returning to KCSA.
Danielle holds a bachelor's degree in public relations from Pennsylvania State University. Danielle is in an "all girls' fantasy football league. Her team name is "Sexy Wexy" and she recently made the playoffs.
Jonathan is a Vice President in public relations at KCSA.
In this position, Jonathan works closely with clients to develop and execute tailored public relations campaigns.
Prior to joining KCSA, Jonathan worked in broadcast journalism, starting his career at ESPN, followed by Fox News Channel, and ultimately one of the co-creators of CNBC's Fast Money.
Jonathan holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Johns Hopkins University and a Masters Degree in Communications from Syracuse's Newhouse School of Communications.
He is an avid watcher of the last three minutes of Jeopardy.
Joseph is the Chief Financial Officer of KCSA Strategic Communications. During which, Joseph oversees the finance & accounting department while assuming the day to day responsibilities of Human Resources.
Prior to joining KCSA, Joseph was the Director of Finance & Operations at UrbanDaddy, a rapidly growing digital media brand, delivering consumers unique and local lifestyle recommendations via the web, email and mobile platforms. Preceding UrbanDaddy, Joseph was the Controller of Guidepoint Global, a research firm that provides investors and business decision-makers with on-demand access to industry experts.
Joseph received his MBA in marketing from Baruch College Zicklin School of Business and a bachelor's degree in accounting from Brooklyn College.
Joseph enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.
Caitlin Kasunich is a Vice President in the public relations department at KCSA.
In this position, Caitlin works closely with both B2B and B2C clients across a range of industries - from technology innovation and biotech to hospitality and education - to develop and execute tailored, integrated public relations campaigns.
Prior to joining KCSA, Caitlin worked in-house at Lincoln Center in the public relations department, as well as worked as a freelance writer covering hyper-local news start-ups for Columbia Journalism Review.
Caitlin holds a Master of Science degree from the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism and Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Communication / Rhetoric from the University of Pittsburgh.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and rooting for the Pittsburgh Penguins.
Lisa Lipson is an Account Director in the public relations department in KCSA’s Boston office.
Lisa works with both public and private companies to implement integrated public relations and marketing campaigns to ensure their key messages are distributed throughout multiple channels. Her responsibilities include helping the firm's biotech and pharma clients reach greater visibility and sales goals through targeted media and analyst relations.
Prior to joining KCSA, Lisa was at a boutique PR agency where she concentrated on consumer-focused and lifestyle clients, managing integrated public relations and marketing campaigns.
Lisa also has 10 years of corporate project and contract management experience in the environmental services sector. Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree in science from the University of Massachusetts.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her husband and son and spending time with her rescue dog, Willy.
Anne Donohoe is a Managing Director in public relations at KCSA. She has been with the company for more than a decade. Her work spans many different industries including financial services, technology, media & advertising, professional services and consumer products. With a passion for innovative companies with good stories to tell, she has honed her in strategic planning, writing, media relations, key message creation, events and social media.
Anne spent two years at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and then received her Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from Monmouth University in New Jersey. When she and her husband are not competing (from their couch) on Jeopardy, they can be found rooting for the Clemson Tigers and the Wisconsin Badgers.
Gaetan is an Account Director in the social media practice at KCSA. His responsibilities include creating, mapping out and implementing social media strategy for clients with a primary focus on ROI and target audience reach.
Gaetan has worked in the social media space for over 5 years and has successfully amplified brand awareness and increased businesses' bottom lines through paid and organic social media execution. Before joining KCSA, Gaetan spearheaded social campaigns in both the business-to-consumer and business-to-business spaces for brands that included Red Bull, Logic Ecig, and Universal Music Group.
Gaetan is a graduate of St. John's University. Outside the office, Gaetan is an avid chess player and music enthusiast. He also enjoys being the first to tell you about new movies and keeps a mental "rolodex" of TV shows that should be on everyone's radar.
For over 25 years, KCSA Brand Strategist Rob has developed the brand architectures and conceived the narratives for dozens of evolving companies.
His unique skill is reimaging brands in a manner that is authentic, unique and aspirational.
A branding subject matter expert, Rob has significant experience in: financial services, technology, professional services, consumer products, healthcare and higher education.
Previously he held senior marketing positions at three pioneering dotcoms and at leading advertising agencies in New York and Boston.
The former "Marketing Strategies" columnist for the Wall Street Journal, Rob graduated from Connecticut College with a duel major in English and Art History.
When not transforming brands, Rob is a marathon runner, private fine art dealer, and guest lecturer.
