Create a brand identity to distinguish itself from its former namesake

ISSUE

AREA Property Partners came to KCSA to distinguish itself from Apollo Management, its former namesake, and re-launch the company with a new brand and website that would convey its leadership position.

IDEA

KCSA conducted a branding exercise with AREA Property Partners to develop a new name and rebrand the firm. As part of the new AREA Property Partners brand, KCSA created a logo, website, corporate and investor marketing materials including corporate identity and corporate and fund brochures. KCSA also utilized print and online advertising to generate awareness around the new AREA Property Partners brand.

IMPACT

Combining senior management insight with our deep knowledge of the financial services and real estate communities, KCSA was able to successfully establish the brand foundation for all corporate and investor communications and guide a smooth brand transition.
